Privacy policy
This policy covers this website only — vywern.com. Our products, Kaarya and Decide, each publish their own privacy policy, and those govern the data handled inside those products.
What we collect
This site has no accounts, no advertising, no analytics scripts and no tracking cookies. We set no cookies at all. The only personal data we collect is what you type into the contact form:
- your name;
- your email address;
- the subject you select and the message you write.
When you submit the form, our server also records the originating IP address for that request. It is used to rate-limit submissions and reduce spam, and it appears in the email we receive.
How it is used
We use it to read and reply to your message, and for nothing else. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for marketing. Your email address is set as the reply-to address so that we can respond to you directly.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered by Resend, our email delivery provider, and are received in our own mailbox. This site is hosted by Vercel, whose servers process requests in order to serve the pages. Both act as processors on our behalf; this may involve transferring your message outside India.
How long we keep it
Contact messages stay in our mailbox for as long as the correspondence is useful to us — normally no more than 24 months — after which they are deleted. Delivery logs held by Resend expire on their own schedule.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to vywern.tech@protonmail.com and we will act on the request within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled it, you may escalate to the relevant data protection authority.

Accuracy
We keep the information here accurate and current, but we provide it “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Nothing on this site is an offer, a contract, or professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on it.
Our products
Kaarya and Decide are separate services with their own terms of service and privacy policies. Nothing on this website varies those terms; where they conflict with this page in relation to a product, the product’s own terms apply.

The content, wording, design and marks on this site — including the names Vywern, Kaarya and Decide — belong to Vywern Technologies Private Limited. You may quote or link to this site with attribution. You may not copy it wholesale or present it as your own.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this website.

Our legal name, Corporate Identity Number and registered office appear in the footer of every page on this site, and our full company information is on the about page.
We are subject to the jurisdiction of the Registrar of Companies, Bangalore — Karnataka, India.
We publish two products — Kaarya and Decide. Each publishes its own terms of service and privacy policy on its own site, and those govern its use.
