Overview
Vywern Technologies Private Limited is a software company registered in Bengaluru, Karnataka. We were incorporated on 3 August 2026 under the Companies Act, 2013. We build and operate our own products rather than taking on client or contract work.
The company was founded by Vikas Vasudevan and Vaishnavi Raju ET, both based in Bengaluru. Between them they cover product and engineering, and both work on the products directly. There is no separate management layer.
We are deliberately small. We run two products today — Kaarya and Decide — and we would rather build a narrow thing that works properly than a broad one that does not. Where we handle personal data, we collect as little of it as the product allows; what we do collect is set out on our legal page.
